Call us at 303.340.3672 or 800.777.3672 and report the issue to our Customer Service department. To return an item, contact us within 30 days of the purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org or you may also use our online Return Item Request form. If you are missing a portion of your purchase, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
It's Always a Good Idea to keep the packaging for any electronics or high-dollar product for at least 30 days in case they are found to be defective, they can be returned in the original packaging as required.
All returns for credit should be reported within 30 days of purchase, must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. The manufacturing packaging must be unopened and all seals must be unbroken. Special permission for a credit may be given on some items over 30 days, but a re-stocking fee will be incurred. Please note: Delivery staff may not accept returns without collecting a signature on a Return Authorization form. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
If your merchandise is found to be defective, Faison Office Products will replace your merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, manufacturer's warranties apply and requests for replacements should be made to the manufacturer. (See Warranty Coverage).
Scheduling Pick-Up of a Return:
To schedule a pick-up of your return, contact our Customer Service department at 303.340.3672 or 800.777.3672. The delivery driver will provide a Return Authorization form which will require a signature. Merchandise that is returned without proper documentation may not receive a credit. Please note: Delivery staff may not accept returns without collecting a signature on a Return Authorization form. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Non-Returnable & Non-saleable Products:
Any product that is returned in a non-returnable or non-saleable condition (i.e. Does not meet the above requirements of a returnable item) will be returned to the customer without credit to their account. Examples of non-saleable conditions include but are not limited to: missing, opened, cut or defaced packaging; used products; missing pieces.
For safety reasons, edible goods cannot be returned, including but not limited to food, candy, snacks, beverages, pain relievers and other first aide items.
Custom items, manufacturer-direct items and custom imprinted items cannot be returned.
Some returns or exchange requests that don’t qualify under the Office Supply Return Policy may qualify for service or repair under the appropriate manufacturer’s warranty.
Furniture that has been opened and assembled is non-returnable. Furniture is non-returnable after 10 days of the invoice date. Damaged furniture that arrives with damage to the packaging has a 5 day return window. Damaged furniture without damage to the packaging has a 10 day return window
